A major contributing factor of acute and chronic pain is muscle imbalance. We are chronically being pulled forward by our postures and activities on a daily basis. This leaves weakness and imbalance all along other less used muscle groups.
If we take the time during our week to mindfully work on these imbalances we can reduce our chance of injury and improve our performance along the way.
