As most of you know I am a Certified Personal Trainer, as well as a Registered Acupuncturist.I am passionate about how exercise can help my clients overcome many issues like chronic and acute pain.
My fitness recommendation for today is the “Foundation Training” series. This unique set of fitness routines are designed by Dr. Eric Goodman D.C.
He like my self and all of us here at Myosense Wellness believe that the right kind of exercise can help many people eliminate pain and improve performance.
In this featured video Dr. Goodman takes you through one of the basic postures in the foundation training series “The Founder”.
Its focus is on accessing your posterior chain, a typically under conditioned grouping of muscles that are closely related to posture and chronic neck, shoulder and back pain.
I have recommended this technique to many clients with great success, and have begun to add it to my personal fitness routine as well. Its simple and requires no equipment!
